Afib Companion is a 90-day education and exercise program for patients with Atrial Fibrillation. Daily lessons consist of an educational unit on Atrial Fibrillation, healthy lifestyle tips, simple physical exercises, breathing exercises and mindfulness lessons. The main objective of the program is to empower Atrial Fibrillation patients by teaching them more about the disease and how they can take back control of their health.
